Delivery Responsible Parties

The system automatically brings the responsible party data, according to login in the system. When the instruments returns, the responsible party receives the e-mails indicating the instrument movement.

To complement the delivery data, define the movement type in control. Select one of the displayed options:

The loan option is valid to move instruments among branches.

The calibration option is used when the instrument is moved to the calibration department.

  
After selecting the movement type, enter the data of the responsible party for the receipt, and select the desired instruments.
