Contact Folder

Use this folder to file, modify, and check a customer's business contact information.

 

To add a new contact:

1. In the Contact folder, click Add.

The contact addition window is displayed.

2. In said window, fill out the following fields:

Contact

Enter the customer's business contact name.

CPF

Enter CPF number.

Function

Choose the function performed by the commercial contact.

Phone

Enter the contact's phone number.

Mobile

Enter the contact's mobile phone number.

E-mail

Enter the contact's e-mail.

Birthday

Enter the customer's birth date.

3. Check the data and click Save.

The system shall return to contact window.

To modify contact data:

1. In the Contact folder, click Edit.

The contact edition window is displayed.

Use this window to edit contact data. You may also delete the contact file.

2. After making the changes you need, click Save.
3. The system shall display a message confirming the changes. Then, click OK.

The system shall return to the contact folder.

To delete a contact:

1. In the contact edition window, click Delete.

A message is displayed requesting deletion confirmation.

2. Click OK to confirm.

The system shall return to the contact folder.

To check contact details:

1. In the Contact folder, click Detail.

The contact detail window is displayed.

2. Check the data and click Cancel.

The system returns to the contact folder.
