Daily Closing

Use this routine to analyze all visits made on a given day, with the following query options:

Customers Accomplished: the number of customers which have been visited and placed orders on a given day.
Non-sale Events: represent customers not accomplished. That is, which have not been visited, through back office determined events.
Summary of the Day: represent the statistics of a given visit day, with such important data as: number of orders made, total sales, average by order, number of items by order, number of visits that day, number of occurrences that day, and the accomplishment percentage.

This data shall not be forwarded to the back office, for this routine aims to concisely inform you about a given day's visits.

Procedures

To perform the day's closure:

1. In the SFA window, click the SFA-CRM menu and choose the Daily Closing.

The daily closing window is displayed, with 3 (three) query options.
