Daily Closing
Use this routine to analyze all visits made on a given day, with the following query options:
| • | Customers Accomplished: the number of customers which have been visited and placed orders on a given day. |
| • | Non-sale Events: represent customers not accomplished. That is, which have not been visited, through back office determined events. |
| • | Summary of the Day: represent the statistics of a given visit day, with such important data as: number of orders made, total sales, average by order, number of items by order, number of visits that day, number of occurrences that day, and the accomplishment percentage. |
This data shall not be forwarded to the back office, for this routine aims to concisely inform you about a given day's visits.
Procedures
To perform the day's closure:
| 1. | In the SFA window, click the SFA-CRM menu and choose the Daily Closing. |
