Quality Index Creation

Use this routine to create the Supplier Qualification Index and all indices comprising it.

The monthly closing day is defined by the MV_QDIAMIQ parameter, which can be altered through Change Closing Day, which deletes all previously created reports.

The number of months for accumulated calculation is defined through parameter MV_QDIAMIQ.

The returned merchandise transfers are performed in the Inventory/Costs Environment, through the Transfer and Model 2 Transfer routine, handling all data related to Quality Control Returns.

The content of MV_QDIAMIQ parameter must equal T (true), for quality index calculation to consider skip-lot regimen certified entries as Approved Report.

Important:

When there is integration with the Inventory/Costs, Purchasing and Import (SIGAEIC) environments, the material delivery date, defined in Purchase Order, allows control of late days, counted only from the first following day, when delivery date coincides with a Friday, a weekend, or a holiday, considering: invoice typing date, weekend and holidays, and IPO calculation.

Thus, late days are not ascribed to product X supplier, after monthly index calculations.

When the inflow is added manually, directly in the Inflow Inspection Module, the number of late days must be entered by user.
