Quality Index

The supplier evaluation stage is the basis for the system to begin following up on delivery quality.

For such analysis to be possible, you must define some basic indices to comprise supplier qualifications. The skip-lot definition, that is, the inspection regimen of accomplished lots/deliveries, is based on this score.

Some indices are suggested by the system:

• IQI - Item Quality Index
• IQP - Product Quality Index
• IPR - Price Variation Index
• ICT - Technological Capacity Index
• IPO - Delivery and Service Index (Supplier Punctuality Index)
• IQF - Supplier Quality Index

 

In the Update menu's Quality Index submenu, the options are displayed for registering such indices and for creating the supplier quality index.

You may create new indices, if needed. In case of an index calculated by the system, you need to customize the RdMakes QIEA231 and QIEA021.
