Inflow Inspection
The Inflow Inspection Module is an integral part of Quality Protheus - Quality Warranty System - 9000 series, a product purported to provide subsidies to the quality warranty process, according to the minimum requirements determined in ISO 9000 norms.
The Inflow Inspection module's main purposes are:

Control of inflow materials to be inspected; |

automatic sampling plan, according to NBR-5426, when applicable; |

produce data about suppliers and their respective materials, allowing their development, guiding them to the reality of assured quality; |

nonconformance management with daily logbook and Pareto; |
| • |
keep trustworthy and easily accessible historical records, allowing data traceability; |
| • |
issue reports for the purchasing department, about each material's situation, and respective suppliers; |
| • |
provide subsidies for managerial decision making; |
| • |
allows issue of quality certificates, with no need of quality control supervision; |
| • |
perform the specification control process, through the concept of revision; |
| • |
calculate the main quality indices (nonconformance, punctuality, etc.) to evaluate supplier performance. |
The system was designed to be of easy access to its users, employing an interactive menu interface, thereby optimizing system operation.
