Sample Plan Grouping

Use the Grouping feature to group tests sharing the same sample plan, for Lab Report definition purposes.

To do so, you must set contents of parameter MV_QACUPAM as T (true ), determining that all sample plans common to a single product specification and lab be grouped for analysis, defining the Lab Report.

Important:

Grouping sample plans is only valid for tests sharing the same characteristics, and based on NBR 5426.

Thus, you cannot group sample of plans:

Text
NBR 5429

Such test based analysis, upon confirmation of measurements, is performed normally. Grouping is, in fact, performed in the Lab Report only.

Notice how the sample plan grouping is performed by the system:

1. With the following inflow:

2. According to displayed specification, note that both tests have the same inspection characteristics.
3. Upon entering the 001 test's measurements, there is a nonconformance event report associated with a measurement.
4. Upon confirmation of such registry, the test status remains Approved (), for grouping has not yet occurred.

The same happens when you input measurement data for test 002, where a nonconformity event log is also registered in association with the measurement and, when you confirm such registry, the status is Approved () for this test.

5. Once measurements and nonconformances are entered for both tests, you must define the Lab Report in which the grouping is performed (provided that the MV_QACUPAM parameter is set as T), so that:

6. Notice that the Lab Report is proposed as Rejected, as in each test there was at least one nonconformance, totalizing two rejectable nonconformances, thus defining the Report.
