IPO - Delivery and Service Index

The Delivery and Service Index reflects the Supplier Punctuality Index (IPO), automatically calculated by the system from registered movements.

where:

Ni – amount delivered late.

Di – number of days late.

Nt – total quantity delivered.

MV_QDIAIPO – maximum number of days late to be considered.

  
If the number of days late of each delivery (DI) is greater than specified in MV_QDIAIPO, it is assumed.
