Criteria, Assessment, Legislation
This routine aims at the registration of assessment criteria that will be used to represent demand importance (legislation) to the company.
The criteria registered in this program will be used to assess all legislation referring to the company. After registering demands, the user will answer demand assessment considering the criteria in Assessment.
Assessment criteria will be specified with a value that represents the demand importance for the company. You have to formulate options for answers to assess criteria. Each answer has its own value.
During assessment, the system will calculate the level of importance for each demand theme, multiplying the demand value over the provided answer.

Based on this example, if criteria is answered with Yes for any demand in Assessment, it will indicate that the company relevance level is 30 (30 x 100%).
If this criteria is answered with No, it will indicate that its relevance level is 9 (30 x 30%).
To classify relevance level (tolerance, importance, critical and others), classes registration lines are verified. |
Procedures
To add Demand Assessment Criteria:
| 1. | On maintenance window Assessment Criteria, click Add. |
The add window will be displayed.
| 2. | In higher part, fill out assessment criteria identification data according to help instructions. |
| 3. | In lower part, add answer options by defining an importance for each one. To add more answers, click Down Arrow. |
| 4. | Check the data and confirm them. |
