System Configuration
System Parameters
The system has some configuration parameters used in some entities. In this configuration screen you indicate:
Scorecarding
Use the previous month as default for the target date
It enables, whenever the target date field is mentioned, to define it as the previous month.
Use as default for accumulated period from January to target date
Whenever there is a value accrual, it is counted from January to the target date defined in the routine.
Display Measurement Unit column
Define if Measurement Unit column must be viewed in scorecarding.
Display Period column
Define if period column must be viewed in scorecarding.
Display values in percentage in variation field
Display variation in percentage in scorecarding screen.
The responsible for a goal can access all the Goal children (not recommended)
Define if the responsible for a goal can access all the children (indicators), even if he/she is not the responsible, having recursive permission.
It respects the spreadsheet values regardless the indicator target
Even if the tab Target, in the indicator register, has a content, inside the scorecarding only the values registered in the indicator spreadsheet will be respected.
Default Order of Scorecarding
When Scorecarding screen is opened, indicators may appear ordered by indicator name (ascending order), by indicator importance or by customized order, which is defined in Registers\Indicators\Order.
Refresh interval of Scorecarding
Upon defining in this a number higher than zero in this option, the refresh (automatic in scorecarding) is enabled. If enabled, it respects the time entered in this field to update the scorecarding indicators.
Field Variation
When option Display values in percentage in variation field, the whole system will no longer display the variation of indicators as a value difference, but as a percentage. The number of decimal places in variation field will no longer respect the number of decimal places registered in the indicators. Instead, it will respect the content of decimal places field.
Custom title of Trend field
Enables the edition of title of the field Trend according to your preferences. It respects the title in all the routines containing the field.
Indicator
Block value changes when indicator has a formula
If this option is active, values cannot be changed when the indicator has a formula.
Note: This rules applies only for values added to the value worksheet. Values imported via data source or worksheet are not included.
Only people in charge of department, indicator and collection change value worksheet.

Enable indicator preliminary value of indicators
It enables one more number to be analyzed as a preliminary value. This preliminary value can be used to add an estimated value to the \"actual\" value (when you do not have such value yet). When this option is active, the preliminary value is displayed in registers and queries in the system.
Only people in charge of the indicator, collection or goal can add notes
Only the person in charge of the entity can register a note for the indicator/goal.
Enable audit of the target and notification via e-mail (Addition/Edition/Deletion)
It enables audit and notification via e-mail when a target is added/edited/deleted.
Action Plan
Enable changes in final date of Action Plans
If this option is enabled, the final date of action plans can be changed by the plan author or the Administrator. Recommendation is that you do not enable it.
When adding an action, notify person in charge by e-mail:
When adding a new action, an e-mail is sent to notify the person in charge.
Display a warning only when there is no e-mail registered (it applies also for messages exchanged by users)
If the person in charge has an e-mail registered, a message is created to inform that the person in charge will not receive an e-mail due to the absence of electronic address registration.
Filter action plan and action per user in charge
It displays the action plans and action filtered per user in charge of them.
Enable the approval control of the action plan.
If the approval control is enabled, it allows the edition of status if all the actions are In Progress.
Displays actions finished during
Enter the number of days prior to the current date that defines the view of action plans already finished. For example, if the number is 90 days (default), action plans finished more than 90 days before are not displayed in queries. You can view them only through the report of action plans.
Number of days to be due for Actions
Defines the number of days to be due for action plans to be displayed in queries of Reminders and Status of the Action Plans.
Presentation
Mandatorily, adds to the presentation indicators that did not reach the goal.
The user chooses indicators that did not reach the goal.
Enable user log
Each user access is saved in a log file. One log file is generated per day, containing the access information and the menu option accessed. With the feature Logs, you can also view all the logs generated.
Custom the field titles
The title of some fields can be customized in order to be in accordance with the nomenclature of the company using the system.
These parameters can be changed by the Administrator only. The system Administrators are not bound by the restriction rule. For changes made to be effective, logged users must exist the system. The new access already allows view. |
