Indicator Calculation
The Indicator Calculation calculates all the formulas of indicators that have them. At each indicator calculated, its data worksheet is updated.
This process may take long depending on the number of indicators using formulas.
The calculation can be made manually or during data import (scheduled routine of data import).
Procedures
To calculate automatically:
| 1. | In Tools, choose option Indicator Calculation. |
| 2. | Select the Scorecards according to your needs. |
| 3. | Choose periods to be updated in the indicator data worksheet. |
| 4. | Click Calculate to start. |
The Calculation is executed in a job which is executed in background. To check if calculation was finished, click Update. The current status of the process will be displayed.
Every calculation generates logs. They register possible errors in the calculation process. Click Logs button to see them.
