Demands Assessment

Demands assessments enable you to identify their level of importance and the company will also be able to verify legislation attending priorities.

For such reason, assessment must be understood as an strategy to decide how to face and solve problems.

Demands assessments comprehend three information area: demand theme (higher part), demand assessment criteria (central part) and answer options for each criteria (lower part).

For each demand (legislation), an assessment based on registered criteria of demand assessment must be accomplished.

The system will automatically calculate demand relevance level considering the importance of each criteria and the provided answer. As criteria answer options are assessed, the system will calculate importance.

Example:

Water Use demand assessed by Federal Impediment criteria which importance is 30. Your answer options are: Yes with 100% importance and No with 30% importance.

If this criteria is answered with Yes, it will indicate that its relevance level is 30 (30 x 100%).

If this criteria is answered with No, it will indicate that its relevance level is 9 (30 x 30%).

As criteria criteria options are assessed, the system will calculate importance.
