Confirmation
In Environmental Management in Updates/EmergencyPlan/Confirmation, you can access this routine.
The plan must pass though this system processing so simulation plan service orders can be used. You can choose between total or partial plan release.
After this program processing, the plan status is released. Approved service orders will also have a released status and those that were not released after program processing will have the status canceled.
In partial release, check those service orders you want to release.
Procedures
To add a Simulation Plan:
| 1. | Check Total in window Confirmation if you want to confirm all service orders. |
Parameter screen will be displayed, fill it in according to the following description:

Check Y (Yes) to confirm or N (No) to exit.
| 3. | Check Individual in window Confirmation if you want to individually confirm service orders. |
| 4. | Select maintenance plan you want and click Individual. |
Browser screen will be displayed with registered service orders.
| 5. | In browser, check service orders that must be confirmed. If necessary, you can change the initial date of service order by clicking Change Date. As a result, you will have to inform the date and time scheduled for this service order. |
| 6. | Check data and click Exit. |
A screen to confirm operation will be displayed. Select Yes to confirm and No to exit.
| 7. | Check data and confirm them. |
| 8. | To finish, select Exit. |
