Nonconformance
Nonconformances occurring with the inspection may be attached to the registered tests.
Procedures
To input test Nonconformances:
| 1. | In the Test addition menu, select NCs option from the main menu. |
The system displays a screen for you to select Nonconformances.
| 2. | Complete the fields according to field help instructions. |
| 3. | Check data and confirm them. |
The system returns to the Test Registry.
