Insurance Policies

This file allows storage of important information regarding the company's insurance policies, like number, name of insurer, validity of contract, type of insurance, type of coverage, insured amount, franchisee and broker.

This option is used to control the company's asset insurance polices, allowing better analysis of the information regarding contracts about losses.

The system enables linking one or several assets to an insurance policy. For this, just select the number of the policy in the Assets file.

Procedures:

To register insurance policies:

1. In the Insurance Policies maintenance window, select Add.
2. The window Insurance Policies - Add is displayed, divided into two folders:

3. Fill in the data of each folder according to the field's help instructions.
4. Confirm addition.
