Management Margin Options
Query
| • | Enables you to query information concerning a rule previously registered. |
Change
| • | Enables you to change information on the Management Margin rule. |
| • | If the Management Margin rule is not related to any fixed asset form, all information can be changed, except code, revision and rule lock. |
| • | If a Percentage rule is changed to a Fixed Value one, the percentage field is zeroed and disabled for entry. |
| • | If a Fixed Value rule is changed to a Percentage one, the fixed value field is zeroed and disabled for entry. |
| • | If the Management Margin rule is related to any fixed asset form, change is not allowed. |
Delete
| • | Enables you to delete the register of Management Margin rule. |
| • | You can only delete a management margin rule if it is not related to any fixed asset form. If it happens, the following message is displayed: This calculation rule of management margin has a relationship with fixed asset forms. If you do not want to use this rule again, use the Lock field to disable its use. |
Review
| • | Enables you to review the Management Margin rule. It must be enabled and not locked. |
Lock/Unlock
| • | Enables you to lock or unlock the use of Management Margin rule for relationship with new fixed asset forms. |
| • | You can lock it at any time, not interfering in its use for fixed asset forms to which it is related. |
| • | You can only unlock it if the Management Margin rule does not have any revision after the one to be unlocked. |
