Wizard

This option displays a routine to locate and link files.

Procedures

To use the Wizard locating, linking and viewing files resource:

1. Enable Wizard option, a window is displayed for the selection of the file.
2. In the Object field, enter the location and name of the file you wish to attach, or click Select.

A small window is displayed to locate the file.

Select it and confirm.

3. Once the file is entered, click Next.
4. The next screen regards the file's generic data. Key-words for a future file research may be entered.

Enter them according to the need.

5. Click Finish to conclude the file transfer.
6. The system returns to the Wizard window, listing the file in the left side of the screen.

The Object column displays the file's name, and the Description column displays the file's name without the respective extension.

7. Repeat this process to include more files.
8. To view the attached file, place the pointer on the register and click Preview.
9. To open it, click Open.
