Extended Description
In the Asset Record, there is a mandatory field where a brief description about the item being registered must be entered.
If there is a need to store other information regarding this item, it is recommended that it be included in the Extended Description Registration (SN2).
When the registration of Assets is completed, the system asks for an extended description. However, it is not mandatory to include it now. The extended description can be added later through this routine.
Procedures:
To record Extended Description:
| 1. | In the Extended Description maintenance window, select \"Add\". |
A new window is displayed .
| 2. | Enter the extended description and confirm it. |
