The purpose of this program is to make the monthly calculations of indexation and depreciation of assets registered. It must be calculated every month (last day of each month) so that the assets are updated according to the index of inflation adjustment. In order to properly perform this process, monthly currency rates and depreciation rates must have been informed correctly, as well as the accounts associated with the asset.
Each calculation made is stored in parameter admin-IN-316fd0ae-5f3c-4db9-ac26-cbdf4ff8a7d1-1507579308097-8581c716-9bb9-4e03-b01c-222cbd4a96b4 which may be defined by branch.
Rate acquisition
Tx = (TxAtual / TxAnterior) - 1
being that:
Tx - is the rate used in the correction of indexation.
TxAtual - regards the month of calculation.
TxAnterior - regards the prior month of calculation.
Calculation accounting
If the integration with the Management Accounting environment is in use, the accounting is carried out as from the standardize entry \"820\".
If the standardized entry does not exist, the system will generate the accounting entry based on the asset accounts.

MV_ATFMOEDA, which determines the currency for fixed assets, we suggest 3. |
