Dictionary
Dictionary option enables you to select fields to be displayed in the query and the order of display.
Procedures
To enable or disable a query field:
| 1. | In Queries, click Dictionary. |
The system displays the screen to select data.
| 2. | Double-click the field of the file you want to enable/disable or click the checkbox Field in Use. |
| 3. | If enabled, the field displays an x; otherwise, the checking area remains blank. |
| 4. | To check or uncheck all fields at the same time, click the checkbox Check/Uncheck All. |
| 5. | The box Order shows the display sequence of the field positioned in the query. Enter another number if you want to change the display order of the field. |
| 6. | Click OK to conclude the operation. |
