Confirm
Enables you to confirm the planning concerning the acquisition of an item or several fixed assets.
After confirming the asset planned, it becomes a real asset in the system.
After confirming the asset planned, it is classified as 0 - Pending Asset.
Procedures
Confirming a planned asset:
| 1. | In Acquisition Planning, click Add. |
A screen is displayed with data of the asset acquired.
| 2. | Place the cursor on the asset to be confirmed and click Related Features. |
| 3. | Then, click Confirm. |
A screen is displayed to select the type of confirmation:
| • | By Item: Confirms the acquisition of the selected fixed asset. |
| • | By Selection: Confirms the acquisition of fixed assets. |
By selecting By Selection, enter the assets to be confirmed.
| 4. | Check data and confirm them. |
