Payment Assessment

This routine allows you to view data regarding assessment of payments made, displaying the following information:

• Products distributed by supplier having copyrights.
• Supplier/store collecting the product copyrights.
• Supplier's store collecting the product copyrights.
• Rendering of accounts date.
• Advance Balance.
• Income tax discount.
• Copyright value paid.
• Tender Code.
• Bill payable number.
• Next date for copyright calculation.
• Date of last rendering of accounts.

In order to display date, you need to run Copyright Calculation and Monthly closing.

Procedures

Querying payment assessment:

1. In Payment Assessment query window, select the record and click View.
2. Check the data and confirm it.
