Publication Elements (Parts) File

This routine registers the publication parts, which can be: cover, text block, leaves, among other elements composing the publication in CDA (Copyright Control) module. It is directly related to Publication Register.

Each publication must have several elements, because each one of them defines one item of the publication. Thus you must enter: type of paper used in the item, number of publication pages printed out internally and number of publication pages printed out in third parties (in case any). When leaves printed out in third parties are use, you must enter the company's CNPJ, the leaf size in millimeters (height and width) scrap, to define the amount in kilos of scrap and what is wasted paper.

This routine is linked to generation of magnetic file DIF-Duty-Free Paper (Special Declaration of Information Regarding Control of Publishing Industry Duty-Free Paper), where the production of publications and their elements, previously registered in this routine, are exported to the DIF-Duty-Free Paper validation program.
