Court Decision Folder

This folder holds the lawsuit judgments and payroll entries when a judgment is the judge last decision about the process impasse resolution. For a same process, many judgments can occur, according to motion, appeals and/or other pleas. All of them must be informed is this folder.

When the judgment is paid off, if plaintiff is an employee, entries for payroll must be entered in this screen. They are grouped in table REP - Integration of Lawsuit Payment X Payroll, associated to the payment period in which they have to be processed (opened month).

This way, due to the integration among the environments APT, Personnel Management, Financials and Fixed Asset, entries for payroll will be created automatically.

Payroll Integration

In Entries for Payroll, enter the fields Registration, Per. Payment (according to parameter MV_FOLMES) and Integration (with No for integration with Payroll or Yes for integration already performed).

After informing this data, continue with the processing of Payroll Integration, filling configuration parameters with the same employee data and period informed herein.
