How to Register Initiatives and Tasks
You have to register initiatives for each goal or actions plan that must be taken to achieve goal.
Procedures
To register initiatives:

In the Goal Management window, select the Initiatives folder. |
The System displays the screen of selected folder.
| 2. |
Enter initiative data, such as: name, description, start and end date of initiative and the person in charge of it. |
| 3. |
Check and confirm the data. |
| 4. |
Click Save to save the information. |
Tasks
After adding initiative, define tasks for each one. An initiative can have many associated tasks.
To register tasks:

On the tree, double-click desired initiative. |
| 2. |
Select the Tasks folder and click New. |
| 3. |
To edit an existing task, double-click it and then click Edit. |

Enter task data, such as: |
name, description (describing task), local, start and end date of tasks, estimated and real cost of labor, materials, outsourcing and mentioned hours, task situation and percentage of executed task.

Add - Click Add to add a person in charge of collection. |

Remove - Click Remove to remove a person in charge of collection. |

Click Save to save the information. |
Note that 5W2H terminology is used in task terms, to make it easier to monitor them.
Feedbacks
Upon defining tasks, you may also register feedbacks. This is essential to perfect task monitoring.
To register feedbacks:

On the tree, double-click desired Initiative. Choose task in the Tasks folder. |
| 2. |
Select the Feedbacks folder and click New. |
| 3. |
Enter feedback data, such as: name, description, date and the person who gave the feedback. |
| 4. |
Check and confirm the data. |
| 5. |
Click Save to save the information. |
Documents - Tasks
In this task you may also associate external documents of such applications as Word, Excel and Acrobat Reader, etc.
To link documents to a task:

In the Maintenance window of the desired task, select the Documents folder and click New. |
| 2. |
Enter document data, such as: name, document goal description, link to document on the internet (if internet address is valid, click View to view document) and text (if document has no link, enter document contents in this field). |

Check and confirm the data. |
| 4. |
Click Save to save the information. |
Documents - Initiatives
In this task you may also associate external documents of such applications as Word, Excel and Acrobat Reader, etc.

In the Maintenance window of the desired initiative, select the Documents folder and click New. |
| 2. |
Enter meeting data, such as: name, description, link to document on the internet (if internet address is valid, click View to view document) and text (if document has no link, enter document contents in this field). |

Check and confirm the data. |
| 4. |
Click Save to save the information. |
