Critical Success Factor - CSF
You may regard the Critical Success Factor as a sub-objective linked to a main objective. Such sub-objective is no part of the strategic map, but influences the execution of the main objective. It is, as its own name states, a factor critical to the success of the main objective. It is a link between company processes and the strategic objective.
Critical Success Factors are vital for a company and must be monitored.
Procedures
To create Critical Success Factors:

Type percentage of service rendered.
| 3. | Click the Indicators folder and create indicators to assess Critical Success Factor - CSF. |
How to query Critical Success Factor - CSF:
| 1. | Use the Strategic Map to query critical success factors. When you right-click each objective with connected CSFs, the Objective x CSF option is displayed. The following screen is shown, with the CSFs linked to the objective, so you can follow up on and analyze the impact on the strategic objective. |
