Themes
Use the Balance Scorecard to define strategic themes; that is, a set of objectives in a cause and effect relationship with a single purpose. You can analyze these themes in the Strategic Map.
Procedures
To create strategic themes:
| 1. | Choose the Strategy. |
| 2. | Access the Themes folder and click New. |
| 3. | Enter name and description. |
| 4. | Access the Objectives folder and select the objectives to be part of this theme. |
| 5. | You can graphically view this theme on the Strategic Map by selecting theme instead of strategy. This option is on the top right corner. |
