Customer Classification

This routine, based on the Script File presents the customer's score (score) , so that a more objective analysis of the customer is carried out, based on the credit scoring.

Besides this, information of the Social, Economic and Cultural file, of Dependents and Documentations also compose the score. This score is names Customer Profile.

This profile can be part of the classification, once it composes the personal analysis item.

The view of the customer's profile can be disabled in parameter MV_PERFIL.

Procedures

To consult the customers classification:

1.	In queries about the Customers Classification, place the pointer on the desired customer and select Classify, available on the menu.

2.	The system displays the new window, dividing the screen in two columns:

Critique

It displays the critique data, according to the Credit Analysis Script file.

Score

It displays the result of the script execution, according to the Credit Analysis Script file.

3.	In the screen above this screen, the customer's status is displayed with the use of a traffic light , being:

4.	Once the data is checked, confirm it.
