Customer File

The customer file is essential in the loyalty and credit analysis environments, since all the customer's information are registered in this file.

The simplest information are of great importance for verification and approval of credit, since there are other processes and routines using the same data.

The information included in this file must be in accordance with Law No. 4,595, of 12/31/64, which regards confidentiality in its article 38. -The financial institutions will maintain their asset and liabilities operations and services provided as confidential. And in paragraph 7. -The breach to which this article regards consists in a crime and subjects the responsible people to solitary confinement, from one to four years, being applied in whenever possible, without any loss of other applicable sanctions.

 

Important:

In the customer file, the concept VIP Customer can be used, which is a configuration that defines if the customer must go through credit analysis or not. This way, if the VIP Customer (A1_CLIVIP) is registered as Yes, it means that in the sale act, this customer will not go through the credit analysis, or, if the field is registered as No, he/she will always go through the credit analysis.

Procedures

To register customers:

1. In Customers, select Add.

The system displays the window for customer file, dividing the information in several folders, in order to manage the information in a better way.

2. In the higher area of the screen, the folders regarding:
Folder Registration Form - View are displayed, presenting the following sub-folders, in two areas of the screen:
Registration
Fin. Adm
Taxes
Sales
Form Compl
Work Ref.
Cards Ref.
Bank Ref.
Personal Ref.
Social, Economic and Cultural
Dependants
Cards
Delivered Doc.
3. Enter required data in each folder, according to the help instructions.
4. After entering all data, check them and confirm.
