Follow-up IL's Waiting Approval

This query displays a list of authorized item from PLI's already generated in the system without a registration number. Information is displayed according to the following selection criteria:

• Waiting transfer of ID Status: PLI generated, but not sent to Siscomex;
• Waiting registration Status: PLI sent to Siscomex, but not registered;
• Waiting authorization Status: PLI registered, but without approved authorization.

Procedures

To print the Follow-up IL's Waiting Approval:

1. When you select IL's Waiting Approval., the system displays a screen to select IL approval stage.
2. Select the stage and confirm it to proceed. A screen is displayed with all items of the corresponding stage.
3. Click Print and follow the print instructions in topic Generating Graph Reports.

• The average term is the average proportional to the number of items in the processes.
