Easy Drawback Control system has operational, documentary, managerial and financial controls pertaining to the follow-up of drawback processes.

The Software deals with the modalities:

•	Suspension - integrated to Siscomex - electronic Drawback.

•	Exemption - through the RUD - Drawback Unified Report.

•	Control and registration of Concessions Orders and granting management.

•	Control and registration of Technical Reports.

•	Control of the L.I.s, D.I.s and R.E.s (annotation) related to Concessions.

•	Concession Control - balance to prove and respective expiration.

•	Control and issue of Annexes from Concessions.

•	Control and issue of Addenda from Concessions.

•	Control and issue of partial Proofs - Drawback Unified Report (R.U.D.).

•	Control and issue of final Proofs - Drawback Unified Report (R.U.D.)

•	Issue of auxiliary documents - explanatory Communication of Concession etc.

•	Checking of R.E.s and D.I.s for the Exemption process assembly, following the limit periods.

•	Integration with new electronic Drawback environment - Siscomex.
