Privileges
SIGADW enables the information about privileges of access in queries for users or groups. These privileges enable users to:
| • | Create new queries |
| • | Change existing queries |
| • | View queries |
Privileges can be given either to users or to groups. You should use the concept of groups of users because it facilitates the application of privileges to several users.
When a user is associated with a group, all permissions of this group are automatically passed to this user. If a permission of a query is changed in the user, it starts being valid over the group permission.
Giving privileges to users:
| • | Select the menu Users of the upper menu of SIGADW. |
| • | Click a group or user on the left. |
| • | All privileges for this group or user are displayed in the middle part. |
| • | Give or remove privileges that you need. Select the options to give privileges and clear them to remove privileges. |
| • | Click Send to save privileges. |
