Warnings
Warnings aim at highlighting values in a table through colors different from the standard.
Creating a warning (in the table only):
A screen is displayed to enter data:
| ▪ | Name: Enter a name that characterizes the warning. |
| ▪ | Expression: click (...) and define the expression that returns a false or true value. Therefore, this expression must have a comparison. |
After defining the expression, click Save.
In True condition (if the expression is true):
| ▪ | Font color: Enter the font color for data whose values are true concerning the expression. |
| ▪ | Background color: Enter the background color for data whose values are true concerning the expression. |
| ▪ | Source: Choose the font type for data whose values are true concerning the expression. |
| ▪ | Message: Enter the message to be displayed. |
In False condition (if the expression is false):
| ▪ | Font color: Enter the font color for data whose values are false concerning the expression. |
| ▪ | Background color: Enter the background color for data whose values are false concerning the expression. |
| ▪ | Source: Choose the font type for data whose values are false concerning the expression. |
| ▪ | Message: Enter the message to be displayed. |
| • | Click Send to save the warning. |
| • | Click Next to make the definition of table or chart for the query. |
