Users
They are users who access SIGADW. Users can access queries. Besides, if they have the privilege, they can create queries.
Creating users:
Select the option Users of the menu, and then the submenu Users under the upper main menu of SIGADW.
By adding a new user, you must enter:

Login: enter a login for the user. |

Password: Enter the password that this user has. |

Name: Enter user's complete name. |
| • |
Group: Enter the group which the user belongs to. |

E-mail: Enter the e-mail address. |

Position: Enter user's position. |
| • |
Admin: Indicate whether the user is an administrator or not. |
Important: This is the field that determines whether a user is an administrator or not (and not whether the user belongs to the group of administrators or not). |

Activated: It activates or deactivates user for the access to SIGADW. |

Siga User: defines if the user is a System user. Login and password must be the same as the ones used to access the module. |

Copy Privileges: It specifies from whom privileges are copied. |

Use Panel: It specifies the type of panel to be used in the access to queries. |
Possible Values: Standard (defined in SIGADW configurator by Administrator), Simple, or Double.

Maximum of Records per Page: Number of records displayed in table queries. |

Display Navigation: It indicates if paging controls must be displayed in table queries. Standard (defined in SIGADW configurator by Administrator), No or Yes, in the query footer. |
Besides, a new resource was implemented, that enables SIGADW administrator to determine which connection of Protheus-SX type is used in the process of Protheus user import. Thus, user indicates which server provides the list of users that are imported to SIGADW.

Apply FNC software package which this Technical Newsletter refers to. |

Log in with an administrator user and select a Data Warehouse. |

Create a connection of Protheus-SX type by accessing Support, Connections, Protheus-SX. |

Go to Main, Configuration, Options. |

On the screen displayed: |

Select the option Use Protheus User Register with Yes. |
| b. |
Click ... to schedule the import process, if necessary. |
| c. |
Select data source in the list displayed in Connection. |
Procedures for Test

On the screen displayed, click Import (6th option from the right to the left). |

The screen of process follow-up is displayed, indicating that the process started. |

Await the notification message of End of Process and, if you want, click See Log to obtain details about the processing. |
