Configuring by Wizard
| • | SIGADW requires the configuration of Server AppServer.ini file. This configuration must be performed in wizard.exe program, in smartclient directory of the System. |
Configurations that must be made in this program for SIGADW are classified below.
Environments
Create a new environment for SIGADW, in which the data warehouse will be generated. The TOTVS | DbAccess configuration of this environment must show the database created especially for SIGADW.
Do not forget to create a connection in TOTVS | DbAccess for the new database. There must be TOVS | DbAccess connections showing databases that are used as data sources for SIGADW.
Internet Server (http/ftp)
You must enable http service of the System, as SIGADW is a web tool.
Web Modules
SIGADW is configured in this item. The steps to be followed are:
1. Click New Module, to add a new Web Module.
2. Select DW module.
3. In the box Instance Name, enter a name that identifies this instance. The program fills out the field Image Root Directory automatically. This directory will contain the DW website (HTML pages, images, etc.), which will be installed after a question. This website must always be updated after the application of any tool patch.
4. Select the environment created specially for SIGADW. If you want SIGADW service to be started when the System Server is started, select the option Enable Processes in Server Startup. Otherwise, it is activated only in the first call to SIGADW.
5. Click Next.
6. On the following screen, enter host (website or virtual directory, for example server/dw). Select for which companies and branches it is valid and click List. The host is added to the host list.
Do not use the Default Host as host of SIGADW. |
7. Click Next.
8. Enter the minimum and maximum number of users to access SIGADW simultaneously.
9. Then, click Finish.
Ready. SIGADW is ready to be used.
