Changing an Invoice
You can change invoices issued as long as information has not been sent to the back office.
Procedures
Changing an invoice:
| 1. | In the invoice folder, select the invoice you want. |
| 2. | Click Change. |
A window is displayed to change the invoice.
| 3. | In this window, you can change information from the folders Main and Items. |
| 4. | After changing the required data, click Save. |
A window is displayed for invoice confirmation.
| 5. | Check the information displayed and click Confirm. |
A window is displayed to save the invoice.
| 6. | Click OK to confirm it. |
The system returns to the invoice issue window.
