Contracts History

There is a Contracts History option, which keeps all maintenances carried out in employees employment contracts stored and enables this information for consultation at any time, whenever activated.

Integration concepts between Employees Register and Contract History

Hiring can become effective only by including the employee in the register.
For every hiring, it is mandatory to inform the type of contract and the initial date of effectiveness for this contract, in the respective fields of the Contract tab in the Employees Register.
The final date of effectiveness of the contract must be after the system base date. This way, to keep the prior history, the contract must be changed by the Contract History;
Once the employee's inclusion in the register and the respective hiring data are completed, these contractual data cannot be changed by this register, but the option Correction of the Contract History, which enables necessary corrections of the contract;

These data are automatically available in the Contract History.

Procedures

Viewing contract history:

1. In Employee, on the viewing screen, click Contract History.

The contract history is displayed for the query. It is also possible to navigate through the other employee's history.

2. Once the data were consulted, confirm to return to the browser in the Employees Register
