Confederative Dues

It determines whether to deduct the employee's confederative contribution when calculating payroll.

The Confederative Contribution amount and/or percentage is determined in the Trade Unions Register, according to the existing Union Agreement, and is calculated based on the union defined for the employee in the Union C. field.

Important:

The calculation identifier used for the Confederative Contribution is 175 - Confederative Contribution, indicated in the corresponding payroll item.
