Transfer Bonus
The Transfer Bonus (Trf.Bns. %) fields calculates the transfer bonus, as specified in article 439, of CLT.
This article determines that, if a service is required, the employer may transfer an employee to a location distinct from that on the contract. In this case a supplemental payment becomes mandatory, never below 25% of the salary received by the employee at that location, in effect until the transfer ends.
Procedures
To configure the transfer bonus:
| 1. | Select an employee and click Edit. |
| 2. | Fill out the Trf.Bns.%: with the transfer bonus percentage. |
| 3. | Check and confirm the data. |
