1 - INSS (System default)
2 - Local Government (Local Government Social Security)
3 - State (State Social Security)
4 - FAPS (Retirement Fund)

Important:

These mnemonics are used in calculation and recording formulas. They do not need to be configured and, if they are altered, they directly affect the generated value.

In addition to that, the following items are considered. If they do not exist, they must be registered.

Item Code

612

Local Government Social Security - Discount

613

State Social Security - Base

Practical application:

1. To enable calculation, enter in field Type of Social Security (RA_TPPREV):
1 - INSS
2 - Local Government
3 - State
4 - FAPS
2. To register type 1 - INSS, it is not necessary to perform any type of configuration as it regards the CLT default calculation.
3. For other types (2, 3 or 4), you must define the items comprising the calculation base.

Example:

If type 2 - Local Government is registered, the items considered in the calculation base must be included in the Items file (table SRV).

4. For identifier 611 - Calculation Base, through item file, select all items that compose this base in field Expr. Filter.:
101, 102, 103, 104, 105 etc.
5. For identifier 612 – Discount, through item file, select the item corresponding to the identifier 611 in Expr. Filter.
6. Once the Expr. Filter is entered, the filter default screen is displayed (the same screen displayed in Payroll calculation). Each configured filter receives a name, and it is possible to use it in other items.

Example:

If the calculation base of IPE - Local Government is the same as the calculation base of IPE - State, the same filter can be used in both items.
