Management Search Generation
This routine generates Management Search data.
By generating the Management Search, a file is created with data entered in the parameters, storing the last generation made. Thus, when the Management Search report must be issued, you do not need to generate data again.
The routine Management Search Generation is responsible for generating the Management Search. When generating the search, the system creates data indicated in parameters, storing the last generation performed. Therefore, when you need to issue the Management Search report, data do not need to be generated again.
Procedures
Generating management search:
| 1. | Access the path Miscellaneous/Management Search/Generation. |
| 2. | On the screen displayed, enter filter parameters to generate the management search (Branch/Employee/Search Code/Period/Script etc). |
| 3. | Another screen requesting the parameters addition is displayed. Click Parameters. |
| 4. | Add data. |
| 5. | Start the management search file generation and wait the message on the conclusion of the process. |
| 6. | Click OK. |
| 7. | The conclusion message is displayed: \"Management Search File successfully generated\". |
