Contracts Tab

This tab contains fields for registering employee documents and can be used in occasional routines as reports for single queries, as well as routines destined to comply with working and social security engagements.

Contract/Description type

Select annual contract type, according to table S011 - Contract types. Once selected, the Description field is automatically filled out.

Contract/Description reason Reason

Select reason for current agreement, according to table S012 - Types of Reason. Once selected, the Description field is automatically filled out.

Start Date/End Date

Enter beginning and end dates of a contract or renewal.

Experience Days

Enter the amount of days considered to meet the employee's experience period.

Expiration Experience 1

Enter date when employee's experience ends.

Expiration Experience 2nd period

Enter date when employee's 2nd experience period ends.

Work Regime Duration

Select option defining employee's work regime duration, if:

Renew Contract?

Select Yes when employee is subject to contract renewal, or No otherwise.

Enter extra hour limit that the contract's employee can work.
