CALATSGP()
This formula calculates the additional for service time (ATS), subtracting the period of leave days from the total of days, according to parameter configurations.
In addition to that, the formula automatically adjusts the additional acquisitive period.
It is used in the calculation of payroll, using the following mnemonics:
| • | P_ATSPER - Verifies if it carries out1 the ATS calculation controlled per period. |
| • | P_TPAFATS - Defines the types of leaves to be deducted from the total of days to calculated ATS, selecting types of absences, according to the Types of Absences file. |
Example:
001/002/003
It controls ATS per acquisitive period, as in calculating vacation. For so, the first period must be entered in Control of Entitled Days file (table SRF). To enable calculation, the first period must be entered in this file.
Practical application:
In Control of Entitled Days file, enter:
| • | period from 1/20/04 to 1/19/05 |
| • | items corresponding to one, two, three, four and five years |
| • | calculation identifiers: 001, 002, 003, 004 and 005, respectively. |
Configure parameter mnemonic P_ATSPER - Additional Calculation per service time controlled by period - as S (Yes). This parameter allows maintaining both calculations in the system.
Therefore, the amount of days to ascertain the right to additional is calculated as the following:
| • | you must subtract the amount of employee's leave and absent days from the period of days, according to the types listed in parameter mnemonic P_TPAFATS. |
