Union Code
Select Union code to which the employee is associated, according to Trade Union Register.
According to the data configured in the Trade Union Register, the Assistance and Confederative Contribution, along with the Union Monthly Fee, is calculated in the payroll, alongside other standard system validations.
The employee's data are informed in RAIS as UNION only when budgets, accrued, are included with the following assessment for RAIS:
To send CNPJ of union entities, benefited with the Union, Associate, Assistance and Confederative Contribution, the system uses the CNPJ No. of the Union informed in the Union register and according to the code selected in the Employees Register, in the Union C. field. If this is not the correct union, the correct CNPJ No. must be informed manually, via GDRAIS program. |
The TNN table must be configured as shared and the SRA table as exclusive. You also need a multiple-branch companies register (SIGAMAT.EMP). |
