Secondary Relation

You can create relation among secondary tables. For example, create relation between Purchase Order (SC7) and Items of Purchase Invoice tables (SD1).

Procedures

To create secondary relation:

1.	Select relation created and click Secondary Relation.

Click Secondary Relation and System displays window with name Choose or create new relation for table ( ). Name of table related and selected in previous window is displayed in parenthesis.

2.	Click New Relation to choose the table that will have secondary relation.

Window Add Relation is displayed, with a relation already suggested.

3.	If relation suggested is your choice, click it and then click OK.

4.	If you have to use other relation, click Scroll Bars in area Table or place cursor on Search Table and type table name to be related.

5.	If you need relation that is not in list, click New Relation.

6.	Define specific relation.

7.	After performing all relation process, click OK to confirm secondary relation.

8. Click End.
