Formula Maintenance
Only user formulas can be changed. When trying to access system formulas, a message of formula availability is displayed only for query. |
When accessing the Formula Register, the system always verifies the occurrence of new formulas, to update them or compile them. If there is, the updating process begins.
Only then does the maintenance browse is displayed, listing all system formulas.
Procedures
Changing user formulas:
| 1. | In Formulas, locate the desired formula and select Change. |
When opening a routine, the system always verifies the need to update or compile some system formula. If there is, the updating process begins. Right after the verification, the list of formulas existent in the system (system and user) is displayed. System formulas are only to be viewed and when trying to access them or delete them. an allert message is displayed and then you can enter the formula for query. | 2. | The system displays the formula file screen divided into two folders: |

| 3. | Select them according to need, entering the necessary data according to help instructions. |
| 4. | After entering data, check and confirm them. |
