This field enables storage of employee's full name, with more than 30 characters (unlike the field Name which stores up to 30 characters), due to the requirement of some legal documents.

With that, for the following routines listed, if there are more than 30 characters informed in field Full Name, it is considered instead of field Name:

•	Generate SEFIP File;

•	Electronic GRRF;

•	Word Integration;

•	Print Option of the GRFC at Termination, selecting item GRFC Zebra or GRFC Graphic in Form Type parameter;

•	Print Option at Termination, selecting item Termination Zebra or Pre-Printed Termination.
