Adding Formulas
Procedures
Adding procedures formulas:
| 1. | In the Formulas Maintenance window, select Add. |
The system displays the screen to register formula data divided into two areas.
| 2. | Fill out the upper area fields according to the help instructions. |
| 3. | In the bottom area, enter the formula fields, according to the help instructions, paying special attention to the following fields: |
| • | Sequence |
The system displays the calculation sequence by line of the formula indicated, that is, the formula follows an execution sequence, respecting the addition sequence, by calculation line.
When Enter is pressed on this field, the system displays the screen for Standard Selection, and indicates if the expression to be made is a condition or a execution (action).
However, in this field enter the expression to be used for calculation: if a conditional factor (that checks data to begin the calculation) or if the calculation itself.
| • | Result |
It displays options for selection of calculation fields and functions. It must be filled in only when the field Expression is a Condition.
| • | Operator (1, 2 and 3) |
It indicates calculation operations of calculation line, varying according to the field Expression. That is, if the option Condition is selected, the operators are logical. Otherwise, they are mathematical.
The field Operation 3 must always define the end of the calculation with continuity or calculation end operators. |
| 4. | Enter calculation data, check and confirm them. |

It copies a calculation line entered for later, through Paste Line, pasting it into any sequence of the calculation, if logically added.

It pastes the calculation line copied, through Copy Line, into any sequence of the calculation, if logically added.

Allows you to create formulas and save them in a given directory. Thus, you can import the budget file by process to automatically update the calculations.
