Foreigner salary field: whether the employee has chosen foreigner salary.
Salary type change date field: At admission, it must be filled out with the admission date. Whenever there is a salary type change, this field must be updated.
Transportation subsidies field: whether the employee has transportation subsidies.
Payment location, which defines in what region the employee is working, so that there is an association to the Clearance Cash.
Payment format for trainees (1- SENA-bound studying trainees; 2- SENA-bound practicing trainees; 3 – university trainees). If the employee's category is E – trainee, the Trainee Type field must be filled out. If the trainee type is 1, the salary cannot be less than 50% SMLV (legal minimum wage). If the trainee type is 2, the salary cannot be less than 75% SMLV (legal minimum wage). If the trainee type is 3, the salary cannot be less than 1 SMLV (legal minimum wage).
Whether the employee is under Statute 50 or is from before Statute 50. For employees from before Statute 50, the date must be before 01/01/1991. This field is used for redundancy calculation.
Retired employee (RA_JUBILAC). If the employee is already retired, contributions to the pension system are not generate.
Salary type: 1 – Ordinary. 2 – Full. For full salary, entering a date before 1/1/91 for admission date is not allowed. For full salary, the salary (RA_salário) cannot be less than 13 times the minimum wage.
Net salary (Gross-up): combo box with options 1=Yes;2=No.
Full base salary: you may not enter a value less than 10 times the minimum wage and only when the salary belongs to the type \"full\". When entering the full base salary, search for the social security factor, apply the percentage and update the Salary field (RA_salário). When entering the full salary, the inverse calculation must be done: calculate the full base salary.

Important:

The employee must have a foreigner ID card issued to work in Colombia. So, passport works only temporarily.
