Functional Data Tab

This tab contains fields that are used in the calculation of the employee's payroll, such as: date of hiring, weekly hours, monthly hours, category, salary, etc.

Main fields to be highlighted in this tab:

Part time

Select option S to define that the employee works part time. Otherwise select N.

This field is used in the Vacation Calculation, along the auxiliary table S017 - Vacations.

Document type

Select the type of document registered for the employee:

- 01: Doc. Nacional de Identidad (National ID Card)

- 02: Carnet de Fuerzas Policiales (Police Force License)

- 03: Carnet de Fuerzas Armadas (Armed Forces License)

- 04: Carnet de Estranjeria (Foreigner License)

- 05: Libreta - Cédula Tributaria (Tax Card - Booklet)

- 07:  Pasaporte (Passport)

- 08: Doc. Provisional de Identidad (Provisonal ID Card)

Document Number

Enter the document number, according to the type selected in the previous field.

Resident

Select option S to define that the employee resides in the country. Otherwise select N.

Adv. Type

Select between 1 - Base Salary or 2 - Net Payroll Used in the Advance Calculation

Advance %

Enter the advance percentage to be paid to the employee in the payroll calculation. Used in the Advance Calculation

Salary type

Select option 1 - Ordinary to define the employee's salary as ordinary, or 2 - Full to define it as full. If defined as 2 - Full, the salary value cannot be greater than 2 UITs (Tax Unit).

Payment Currency

Select the payment currency of the employee's salary, whether 1 - Sol or 2 - Dollar.

Utility

Select Yes for Utility Calculation

 

Important:

These fields, Adv. Type and Advance %, are used to calculate the advance and define the payment format and value of such advance.
